  Tiling, carpentry, painting, electrical, flooring and shower screens, each priced for the real job.

• Pay job by job

  Payment is per job scope: for each scope, 50% before that scope starts and 50% after that scope's joint handover check against the agreed scope. Snags found later are fixed under warranty.

• The price you start with

  The price you see is the price you start with. Changes found at the site check are shown and approved by you before that scope starts.
