If you can buy a car online, why not an aircon? Aircon in Singapore meant haggling with installers and hoping you'd picked the right system. So Vernon and Darrell built a configurator: one tool, one published price.
Then they closed it for a bigger problem. On a renovation, the same job can swing by tens of thousands.

For a full renovation with a vetted Almond ID partner: how it works
If the partner team on your renovation doesn't turn up, abandons the job part-way or becomes insolvent, Almond brings in another vetted team to finish the agreed scope, at our cost. If finished work doesn't match the agreed spec, that's handled under the workmanship warranty and defects process.
