A professional defect inspection for your new BTO, HDB or condo home. The inspector checks your home, labels every minor and major defect, and submits the list to your developer by softcopy, hardcopy or app (Novade or Funnel). Choose your property type, package and home size above to see the exact price. Gold and Diamond add follow-up checks after the defects are fixed. Every inspection comes with a 12-month workmanship cover.

We schedule with you
After you order, our inspection partner contacts you to arrange the inspection date and time.
Defects checked and submitted
Every minor and major defect is labelled and submitted to your developer by softcopy, hardcopy or app (Novade or Funnel).
12-month workmanship cover
Every inspection is covered for 12 months from completion. If anything was not done to standard, we arrange for it to be put right at no extra cost.
Inspections are carried out by our partner A1 Inspection, an RICS member with 7 years of inspecting BTO, condo and landed homes.
