Questions
How many installation trips are included?
Two, at no extra charge (worth $200). See the next question for how they fit around your renovation.
When do you run the piping, and when do the units go up?
Usually the first trip runs the piping and trunking before your carpentry and false ceiling, and the second trip mounts and commissions the units once the main works are done. We time both trips with you and your contractor.
Can I use my Climate Vouchers?
Yes. All three systems on this page are 5-tick models that meet NEA's criteria, so you can use your Climate Vouchers with Almond on them.
How do I pay?
Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp, and a payment link follows. PayNow is accepted. Credit cards accepted (2% processing fee).
What does the warranty cover?
Almond's 2-year workmanship warranty covers the installation. Mitsubishi Electric separately gives a 1-year full system warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty on the equipment.
