On the Aircon listing page, it asks about rooms and sun exposure, then applies Singapore sizing rules to recommend a system and capacity.
What if something goes wrong after install?
Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers the installation. The manufacturer separately covers the equipment: 1-year full system warranty and 5-year compressor warranty from the manufacturer. We'll sort out any issue with your order. Where existing piping is reused, our workmanship warranty does not cover issues arising from the reused piping.
